All products and payments are final and non-refundable.
Initiating a refund, chargeback, or opening a PayPal dispute will result in a permanent and irreversible ban from all our servers and Minecraft stores.
Ranks cannot be transferred, and super items cannot be exchanged or changed, etc.
No refunds will be issued if the server shuts down.
No compensation will be provided in case of item loss, etc.
The server administration is fully responsible for compensating you if any purchased item is lost due to a glitch.

Please note that in-game activation of your purchases may take between 1 to 20 minutes.
If your purchase is not activated after this time, please open a support ticket on our Discord server and attach your proof of purchase. We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

لا يمكن نقل الرتب، أو تبديل السوبر آيتمز، أو أي مزايا أخرى.
لا يوجد استرجاع للأموال في حال إغلاق الخادم.
لا يوجد أي تعويض في حال فقدان العناصر أو أي محتويات أخرى.
إدارة الخادم مسؤولة بالكامل عن تعويضك في حال فقدان أي عنصر تم شراؤه نتيجة خلل (Glitch).

يرجى العلم أن عملية تفعيل مشترياتك داخل اللعبة قد تستغرق من 1 إلى 20 دقيقة.

كما يمكن إرسال أي مشاكل متعلقة بالفوترة أو الاستفسارات الخاصة بالدفع عبر فتح تذكرة دعم، وسيتم الرد خلال مدة أقصاها 48 ساعة.
